Working Principle
Cylinder trommel working body with four roller support, motor driven reducer, large and small gears to make the working cylinder low-speed rotation. Ore materials containing mud impurities are fed from the inlet into the rotating cylinder, which is installed with a certain angle of the guide plate in the cylinder, which is continuously brought up and thrown down, and circulates many times from the inlet end to the discharge end and is washed by the reverse flushing water flow. The cleaned ore material is lifted by the elevator and discharged into the single or multi-layer conical sieve, which is sieved into coarse, medium and fine grain level and discharged respectively, and the wastewater containing sludge and impurities is discharged through the gear plate at the feeding end.

(A), installation
1、The equipment is installed on the horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with ground bolts.
2, the installation should ensure the level of the equipment, longitudinal and transverse limit deviation should be less than ± 5mm.
3、After installation, the transmission gears and gears have normal contact and run smoothly.
4、Inlet pipe is installed at the discharge end.
5、Waste water overflow port at the feeding end should be opened according to the actual situation.

(B), test run
1、Before the test run, we should check whether the bolts of each part are loose, and tighten them if necessary.
2, before the test drive must be cleaned up all parts of the machine, reducer filling 68 # or 100 # mechanical oil, open gear and front and rear bearings filled with lithium grease.
3、Check the direction of rotation of the equipment, strictly according to the direction of rotation shown in the equipment.
4、Check the completion of the empty load test run, the test run is normal before production.
Maintenance of the machine
1、The shaft bears all the load of the machine, good lubrication has a great relationship with the life of the bearings, which directly affects the service life of the equipment and normal operation. Should always inject clean grease into the bearings and ensure good sealing.
2、Check the oil level of the reducer, replenish or replace the oil in time.
3、To shaft and other rotating parts are easy to loosen, must be checked frequently.
4、Pay attention to whether the various parts of the equipment work normally.
5, pay attention to check the wear of easy to wear parts of the degree of wear, at any time to replace the worn parts.
6, bearings and other rotating parts of the temperature rises, should stop immediately to check the cause to remove.
7, gears and other rotating parts in the operation of the abnormal sound, should be immediately stopped to check and eliminate.
