Installation, commissioning and maintenance of 6-S shaking table
6-S shaking table has more stable performance in daily work. However, in the actual production due to the lack of correct maintenance methods and replacement parts installed incorrectly and other factors, so easy to appear some routine problems. Most of these problems are caused by the lack of testing and maintenance experience of the actual users, thus affecting the normal production of the plant and causing unnecessary losses.

First, easy to cause the main parts of the shaking machine abnormal sound is as follows:
①, 14 - large pulley ②, 5 - rocking rod ③, 9 - spring ④, 7 - eccentric shaft ⑤, 6 - elbow plate ⑥, saddle-shaped foot on the rocking box of the spacer plate
Second, the inspection method and solution countermeasures
1、For big pulley
Stop the machine to check by hand to rotate the large pulley, if you feel the large pulley has a gap, it means that the large pulley is not installed stable. This is very easy to produce abnormal sound in the actual production.
Solution: find a piece of discarded hacksaw skin or thin small iron, stuffed into the large pulley key (commonly known as pin), and then tighten the side of the set screws, and then check whether the gap is eliminated.
2, on the rocking rod
Stop the machine to check, first remove the two elbow plate next to the first hand to stabilize the big pulley, the other hand to swing the rocking lever, under normal circumstances, can only swing around the more strenuous, before and after is not swinging. If the opposite is that the swing lever is not fixed. This situation in the production of the kind of not very easy to produce abnormal sound.
Solution: tighten the fixed screws on the swing lever.
3、For spring
Stop the machine to check. See if the spring is out of position. For example, the spring is crooked or eccentric.
Solution: Hit the spring with a hammer, which will force the spring to reset.
4、For eccentric shaft
The same is downtime inspection. Both hands to stabilize the big pulley, swing back and forth, such as feeling able to move or mechanical clearance, then the eccentric shaft is not fixed.
Solution: Tighten the two small screws on the oil seal cover of the 6-S transmission box.
5、Elbow plate
Turn on the machine and check. Touch the two elbow plates with the thumb and the middle of one hand (be sure to pay attention to safety when checking) and feel whether there is a gap.
Solution: Adjust the screw on the spring screw according to the actual gap. If it is loose, adjust it tighter, if it is too tight, adjust it looser.
6, on the saddle-shaped foot of the four gusset plate
Stop the machine to check. See if the position of the four support plate is correct, for example, whether in the middle of the swing box, and check whether it will scratch the side walls of the swing box.
Solution: Adjust the position of the gusset plates so that they are in the correct position.
1. Pour cement and pre-bury the ground bolts before installation. Installation should pay attention to must make the two slope adjuster seat radius of 360 mm circle center and the center of the bed linkage seat three in the same plane, otherwise in the bed tilt, will accelerate the wear of the copper bushing, and even make the reciprocating rod fracture. As for the linkage seat and the bed surface of the traction screw height error, you can adjust the rocking box under the bolt to eliminate it.
2. The shaking machine has been qualified for empty load debugging operation at the factory, users should first make two hours of empty load debugging operation after the equipment is installed and check the following items: whether the motor is working normally during the starting process; whether the contact of each part and the wear of the friction surface; whether there is any abnormal noise; whether the lubrication is normal, etc. Then the load test can be carried out. Then load test can be carried out. Check the above items after 24 hours.
3. test run time and load running spring should not be pressed too tight, should be slightly relaxed, so that the elbow plate and its support to the operation of a slight impact sound, at this time should be gradually adjusted bolts, will be tightened to the spring spring to stop the sound can be. Excessive compression of the spring will increase wear and power consumption, and may be the spring pressure bad, spring pressure is too loose is easy to cause the elbow plate off accident, damage to the box spare parts.
4. Test drive should first note the bed pulley rotation direction is consistent with the illustration, the steering is different at the same time should be immediately corrected, otherwise the oil pump can not work properly. Before driving the machine all screws must be tightened. Because the gear oil pump is driven by the crankshaft of the bed, the lubrication points are oil-free for a certain period of time after the start of transportation, so the lubrication points of the bed part must be drenched with thin oil in order to facilitate the start of transportation to avoid damage to the parts.
