As a key equipment in mineral processing, the stable operation of shaking tables is directly related to beneficiation efficiency and enterprise benefits. However, under long-term high-intensity working conditions, some core parts of shaking tables are prone to wear and damage. As a leading domestic manufacturer of beneficiation equipment, Jiangxi Mingxin Metallurgical Equipment Co., Ltd., relying on years of industry experience, provides you with a detailed analysis of the most vulnerable parts of shaking tables to help mining enterprises make maintenance plans in advance and reduce downtime losses.

The "Four Major Wear Parts" of Shaking Tables

1. Table Surface and Wear-Resistant Layer

The table surface is the core working area of the shaking table, where ores are separated through reciprocating motion. Due to continuous friction and impact of ores, the table surface itself or its surface wear-resistant coating (such as rubber, polyurethane, etc.) is the most easily worn part. Once the wear-resistant layer is damaged, it will not only affect the separation accuracy but also lead to damage to the table structure, resulting in high maintenance costs.

2. Transmission System Bearings

The reciprocating motion of the shaking table is driven by a complex transmission mechanism, and bearings are the "joints" of the transmission system. Under high-frequency vibration and heavy load conditions, bearings are prone to wear or seizure due to fatigue, poor lubrication, and other problems, leading to transmission failure and must be replaced in a timely manner.

3. Shock Absorption and Support Springs

Springs are important components for the shaking table to adjust amplitude and absorb vibration. Under long-term high-frequency vibration, springs will gradually lose elasticity or even break due to metal fatigue. Damaged springs will directly affect the movement trajectory of the shaking table and reduce separation efficiency.

4. Feeder and Washing Water Pipe

The feeder is responsible for evenly distributing ores onto the table surface, and its inner wall is easily worn due to direct contact with materials; the washing water pipe, due to long-term injection of high-pressure water, the outlet is easily blocked by impurities or worn and expanded, affecting the washing effect and separation accuracy.
