The beneficiation process is a re-election process, which adopts jigger as the main equipment for sorting and purifying barite ore. The process is described in detail below.
Crushing process
Barite is brittle and fragile, so the crushing process mainly adopts simple and practical jaw crusher, and two-stage crushing process is adopted to crush the large barite mined, so as to make it reach the effective size range of jigger.
After one section of crushing, the product will be conveyed to the second section of fine jaw crusher through belt conveyor to be crushed again, so as to meet the requirements of the subsequent sorting equipment for particle size. Since the customer requires that there should be no dust in the production process, it is recommended to add water to the crushing process to reduce the dust generated by the crusher.
②Screening process
Jigger sorting of material particle size requirements are more stringent, generally require grading into the selection, in order to achieve better beneficiation indexes and higher throughput, so in the barite re-election process need to set up a screening process, the crushed products are screened, the crushed products are divided into different particle sizes into the jigger jigging sorting.
The screening process adopts a large handling capacity, high screening efficiency, simple and practical circular vibrating screen, this type of vibrating screen with low failure rate, large handling capacity, high screening efficiency, easy to operate, is the ideal equipment for barite ore screening. As the screening process will also produce a certain amount of dust, it is recommended to set up water replenishment in this process as well to reduce the generation of dust.
③ Buffer process
The normal work of the jig needs to be uniform and stable amount of ore, so it is best to set up before the jig for buffer institutions and equipment, such as silo and vibrating feeder, the role of the silo is to avoid the workload of the previous equipment is too big or too small, moderate storage of a certain amount of material, and vibrating feeder's role is to uniformly and stably into the jigging machine materials, the existence of these two auxiliary equipment for the normal and efficient work of the subsequent jigger has a vital role. ④Jigging sorting process
According to the customer's requirements, we use two types of jigger to sort the crushed barite materials by jigging. All the tailings produced by the jigger are converged into the tailings pond, and then transported away by forklift or conveyor after precipitation.
⑤Dewatering process
Since the customer requires mechanical dewatering, the dewatering process can adopt the simplest sedimentation and spreading dewatering. The mechanical dewatering programme can also be designed according to the requirements.
⑥Water circulation process
The water consumption of jigging machine is large, and it usually adopts circulating water operation, so the water circulation programme should be designed according to the specific conditions of the customer's site, so as to ensure the normal and effective operation of the process.
