Mining Process of Gold Dredger
The river sand dug by the gold dredge is firstly screened by a vibrating screen for grading, and the pebbles, weeds, large mud pieces, and other impurities in the river sand are screened and removed, and the sand and gravel smaller than 60mm are sent to the sand washing machine for sand washing. Then the high-pressure water flow in the sand washer continuously rinses the sand and gravel, making the mud, sand, and gold attached to the surface of the sand and gravel to be separated from the sand and gravel, and integrated into the sand slurry. The sand slurry flows into the screen plate with sieve holes for screening under the strong impact of water flow, and only the sand between 20mm-60mm can enter the middle slot of the chute for gold selection.
